At Khmer Krafts a customers privacy is very important us. The privacy policy applies
to all of our services and products on the Khmer Kraft website. Listed below is
a more detailed description of our privacy policy towards our customers’ privacy.
Personal Information Provided by the Customer
When you sign up for an account with Khmer Krafts to purchase products we will ask
you for information such as; your name, email address, user name and password. For
our services in which a transaction is made we will require additional information
like; credit card number, the three digit security code on back of credit card,
type of card, address, phone, first name and last name. We will also need to determine
your age to make sure that a minor is not accessing your personal information without
your direct consent. We will combine the two sets of information upon approval by
you. If you choose to later delete the information that you provided we will do
that upon request. All of this is of course, only approved when you approve it.
We will not collect any more information from you unless more is necessary for other
specific reasons. We do guarantee that we will not abuse your rights as a customer
by giving out this information or selling it to outside parties.

Security
We provide security for all unauthorized access or destruction of all personal information
provided by you. We restrict all access to any person(s) who is not directly in
charge of maintaining the security for our site. If any breach in security happens,
those responsible will be held accountable to the full extent of the law.

Termination of Account
We are fully obligated to terminate your account at your request. This can be done
by requesting a termination of account on our website by contacting us directly.
We will accept termination of your account without needing a reason of termination.
We will ask though for a response as to why you are canceling your account. This
will be done by request only. This is not a necessary step in terminating your account.
Once an account is terminated your personal information will be permanently deleted
from our database.

Khmer Krafts will send out e-mails to customers for product updates and sales for
those who sign up for an account. We will allow you to accept the e-mail notices
when you set up an account with us. You are not required to receive e-mails from
us unless you approve it when an account is opened. At any point you may request
to have the e-mails stopped. This however will not terminate your account as it
is. As stated above you will have to request for a termination of account directly
from our website.

Viewing Personal Information by Customer
After you have logged onto your account you may view your personal profile to update
your personal information. You will be able to view your credit card information,
present address, current phone number, name and any other information that you have
submitted to us in privacy. You may update this account at anytime as long as you
are logged on to your account. For security purposes you may not change your personal
information without being logged on first.

We will e-mail all customers if an update to our policy has been made. This will
ensure that if you do not like the new policies you may terminate your account upon
request. We will highlight and bold all changes that have been made to the updated
policy so you do not have to read the entire policy again to see the changes.

We do advertise on our website. We however do not give out any personal information
to companies that advertise on our website. These advertisements are for marketing

not in control of their policies. We are not responsible for any actions that occur
